We run everything from a spreadsheet. Is that worth replacing?
Often, yes, once more than one person touches it or a mistake in it costs real time or money. We usually start by mapping what the spreadsheet does, then build a tool that keeps what works and removes the risky, manual parts.
Can it connect to the systems we already use?
Where those systems allow it, yes. We integrate with email, accounting, calendars and many online services, so information flows automatically instead of being retyped.
Do you build for phones as well as computers?
Yes. Much of what we build runs in any browser, on a phone or a laptop, and where a true mobile app makes sense we build that too. We advise which is right for your case rather than defaulting to the more expensive option.
Who owns the software you build?
You do. The tool, and the documentation needed to run and change it, are handed to you. You are never locked to us to keep your own business running.
How do you price a custom build?
As a fixed project, quoted after we understand what you need. For larger tools we break the work into stages, each with its own quote, so you can see value early and decide before the next stage.
