About smart home and building. If yours is not here, just ask.
Will it stop working if the internet goes down?
We design for local control wherever the equipment allows, so lights, climate and alarms keep working on your own network even with no internet. Remote access from outside is a convenience on top, not the thing it depends on.
Do I have to replace everything to make it smart?
No. We often add to what you have and bring different brands into one app or panel, rather than ripping out working equipment. Where something genuinely needs replacing, we tell you why.
Can it work with solar and help with energy?
Yes. Energy monitoring is one of the most useful parts, especially with solar and the Cyprus climate. Seeing where the power goes is the first step to spending less of it.
Is it secure? Smart devices worry me.
That worry is fair, and it is why we favour local control and put smart devices on a separated network, away from your computers. We set them up to be useful without quietly opening a door to the rest of your home or office.
Can you look after it afterwards?
Yes, if you want. Many clients are happy to run it themselves with the documentation we hand over, and others prefer an ongoing arrangement so we tune and extend it over time. Either is fine.
