About networks and Wi-Fi. If yours is not here, just ask.
Our Wi-Fi drops in parts of the building. Can you fix that without rewiring everything?
Usually, yes. We start with a survey to find the dead spots and the interference, then add or move access points and tune the channels. Full rewiring is a last resort, and we tell you before any cabling is proposed.
Do you separate guest Wi-Fi from our own systems?
Always. Guests get their own network that cannot reach your tills, cameras or office computers. It is one of the simplest and most important security steps, and it is standard in every network we build.
Can you link two sites together?
Yes. We connect offices, branches or a villa and its office with a secure VPN, so staff and systems work as if they were in one building.
Will the network keep working if our internet goes down?
Your local network keeps running, so devices, cameras and tills still talk to each other. For businesses that cannot afford to lose the internet, we can add a second connection that takes over automatically.
Do you provide the equipment, or do we buy it?
Either way. We can supply and configure everything, or set up hardware you already have or prefer to buy yourself. You get a written quote first, with the options explained in plain terms.
