About cloud, email and backup. If yours is not here, just ask.
Will we lose email during the move?
No. We plan migrations so mail keeps flowing. The switch is usually done outside working hours, and the old and new systems run together until everything has arrived safely.
Where will our data be stored?
In reputable data centres. For clinics and firms with data protection duties we keep that in mind when choosing the region and the platform, and we explain where your data sits and who can reach it before anything moves.
How do we know the backup actually works?
Because we restore from it. A backup that has never been test-restored is not one you can rely on, so a real restore is part of every setup, and we can repeat it on a schedule.
Can we keep some things on site?
Yes. A mix of cloud and on-site often makes sense, for speed, cost or data protection. We design around what suits your work, not around one supplier's product.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
You pay the platform for the licences you use, and we quote the setup as a fixed project. There is no monthly fee to us unless you ask for an ongoing support plan.
